Welcome to Kanhaiya Lal Prag Das ā€“ Modular Kitchens & Interiors. By engaging our services or placing an order through our website, showroom, or consultation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

šŸ“„ 1. Scope of Services

We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and installation of custom modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and home interior solutions. All projects are made-to-order based on your measurements, preferences, and space specifications.

šŸ’° 2. Payment Terms

A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to initiate design finalization and begin manufacturing. The remaining 50% is due prior to delivery and installation.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque in the name of our registered company.

šŸ“ 3. Measurements & Site Readiness

Accurate site measurements are mandatory before production. Clients must ensure that the site is accessible and prepared (flooring, wall plastering, plumbing/electrical) before installation.

šŸšš 4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation. Delays due to site readiness or client-side postponement will be communicated separately. Installation is carried out by our trained team.

šŸ› ļø 5. Warranty & Defects

We offer limited-time warranty coverage on hardware and fittings (as per manufacturer policy). Any installation defects or material issues reported within the warranty period will be rectified at no additional cost.

āŒ 6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of advance payment. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted due to the customized nature of our products.

All designs, layouts, graphics, and digital assets shared by our company remain the intellectual property of Kanhaiya Lal Prag Das. Clients may not duplicate or share these designs without permission.
